Thank you for helping. Here you can find the screenshots. If something specific is needed please give directions. I have no filter on sentences.
I am attaching the NMEA log too.

You don't want "Retransmit all" since that will retransmit all NMEA data, creating a loop.
In the receiving tab you should leave only the useful serial port (I guess COM2) until it works.
You can also try the option "With NMEA2000 compatible names".

Here comes the fuzzy part ...!!!
GARMIN AIS is on COM7
SILVA NEXUS + other senders are on COM1 (baud rate 4800)
qtvlm output is on COM2 to all listeners
Now .... if I check off the 2retransmit all" on my standard horizon DSC radio I don't get the position.
According to the manual it accepts GLL, GGA, RMC and GNS and qtvlm does output RMC with retransmit all either checked or unchecked, but if I uncheck it then the vhf does not receive position.

What exactly is arriving on the various COM ports ? For me you have a mess in the connections and the sentences qtVlm sends for WP never arrive to where they should. The problem is not in qtVlm, I think.

You may be right. I did it a while ago. I'll review everything again and freshen it up.

In order for me to debug properly it would be helpful a tool to monitor the COM port that qtvlm uses to output its sentences in order to d-check what actually sens out.
Is there any such a tool on Win10? the COM port being already open I cannot use hyperlink or NMEA Reader or such.
Qtvlm has a specific header maybe? I thought it was $GPxxx but the I was looking at the AIS talker (wile qtvlm was down) ad i noticed $AIxxx and $GPand $P as well while on that COM only the AIS was sending
Thanks
